ASA Secure Solutions was founded in 2014 by a consortium of risk management experts with international security management experience. James M. Bundala
Operations Director
James leads day-to-day delivery across every service line — guarding, tactical unit, and Control Centre operations — ensuring each contract is planned, staffed, and audited to the same operational standard nationwide. He works directly with branch supervisors and the Quick Response Force to keep response times and reporting discipline consistent across all six branches.
Dr. Dorina D. Masatu
Finance
Dr. Masatu oversees financial management, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the business is run with the same discipline it applies to client contracts. Her focus is on transparent, well-governed operations that support sustainable growth across the company's branch network.
Xu Jitao
Technical Director
Xu Jitao leads the design and deployment of the technology behind our Security Technology Monitoring services — CCTV, IP-camera networks, access control, and the systems that feed our SAIDSA-accredited Control Centre. He works closely with the Operations team to ensure every installation is fit for its site and fully integrated with on-the-ground guarding.
