From a guarding company to a security partner
ASA was founded in 2018 as a manned guarding company. It is owner managed, licensed in Tanzania, and built around the country’s own security landscape.
Our story
The company was born out of a need for a security provider that understands how security works in Tanzania.
We started with guards. As clients asked for more, we added quick response teams, close protection, investigations, risk assessment and the installation of technical security systems. Today organisations and government institutions use us as an integrated security and risk management provider.
What has not changed is the belief we started with: the success of any organisation depends heavily on a secure and safe environment, and that environment depends on the discipline of the people guarding it.
We employ more than 500 people. Staff development programmes provide on-the-job training, and we promote from within the company.
