Sectors we work in

Every site gets its own instructions and its own team. What changes from sector to sector is what the officers need to be good at.

Built for sites outside the big cities

Our head office is in Shinyanga, not Dar es Salaam. Much of our work is in Shinyanga, Kahama, Iringa, Mufindi, Mwanza, Dodoma and Kilwa Masoko, where a client needs a provider with managers nearby.

Regional managers sit between the operations manager and your site commander, so the person responsible for your contract is based in your part of the country.

Trained on human rights and community policing

NGOs, hospitals and universities need officers who can refuse entry without a confrontation.

Every officer is trained on the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights, on public relations and on the rules for the use of force. All officers also complete community policing (Polisi Jamii) and human rights training delivered by the Tanzania Police Force.
